A: Anthropic's Official Guidance

Anthropic provides comprehensive documentation for Claude Code at code.claude.com/docs/: CLAUDE.md usage, sub-agents, MCP integration, hooks for guardrails, custom commands (formerly "skills"), auto memory, scheduled tasks, Agent SDK, and IDE/CI integrations. The docs site replaced the earlier blog-post-as-primary-reference approach.
