203: Structural Governance and Recovery
Overview
202 taught how a rule becomes something that holds. This chapter is about where each concern, fact and record lives. Copies drift apart, a stale copy reads as authoritative to whoever opens it first, and when an agent writes the code, a second copy of a concern can arrive before anyone notices.
The first three insights keep one home, for code, for facts and for names. The last three are about change: retiring a mechanism by deleting it, telling a rendered view from the record, and the audit that brings a codebase back when its structure has decayed anyway.
