103: The Session
How do we keep what a session learns? A session with an agent is where the work happens, and it is also where work gets lost. The context window fills and compacts, the terminal closes, and the next session starts with only what was written down. This chapter teaches the session as a lifecycle with a start and a finish, the handoff you write to your future self before a compaction, and the rule that everything an agent reports about itself, a time included, is a claim until something has checked it.
