Facilitation Guide

Everything a facilitator needs beyond the chapter pages. Each chapter's theory page carries the teaching content: its insights in teaching order, each with its timing, key point, teaching notes and transition, and notes for each pathway. Its exercises page carries the practical, with instructions, verification criteria and facilitator notes. This guide covers logistics, timing and operational decisions.

Pre-Course Logistics

Room setup

• Projector or large screen (for live demonstrations and the case study walkthroughs)
• Whiteboard or flip chart (for discussion capture, especially the MeetZaya case study in 201 and the whiteboard practical in 302)
• Power at every seat (laptops will be in continuous use)
• Reliable internet (Claude Code needs API access for every attendee at once)
• Quiet room (exercises involve live agent interaction; background noise is disruptive)
