Facilitation Guide

Everything a facilitator needs beyond the theory guides. The theory guides (content/days/) contain the teaching content: ACI sequencing, teaching notes, transitions, and pathway sections. This document covers logistics, timing, and operational decisions.

Pre-Course Logistics

Room setup

  • Projector or large screen (for live coding demonstrations and case study walkthrough)
  • Whiteboard or flip chart (for discussion capture, especially Day 5)
  • Power at every seat (laptops will be in continuous use)
  • Reliable internet (Claude Code requires API access; 20+ simultaneous connections)
  • Quiet room (exercises involve live agent interaction; background noise is disruptive)
