When one human runs nodes in many estates, a method moves between them in three ways: as a circulated draft the other estates correct, as findings cited by project and verified locally before anyone acts on them, and as a fix made once upstream and then swept out, which needs provenance and an ownership line. Each estate's own validation node carries all three into its repository. Guard deliberate transfer with citation rather than prohibition, and check the estate that made a ruling first, since it can be the last to apply it.
