301: The Step Up
Overview
The first year teaches one human to work with one agent, and the second turns that work into a method at project scale. This chapter takes the step to multi-agent agentic coding (MAAC), where one human runs several agents at once. Single-agent agentic coding (SAAC) measures how autonomous one agent is; MAAC measures how many agents one human runs. The two are separate axes, and they are gated: you add breadth on top of depth, and you never graduate off depth. The step changes the human's job from doing the work to arbitrating it.
