Agentic Coding

Whiteboard Practical Facilitation Addendum

Specific guidance for running the practical in 302 The Whiteboard and the Shared Tree, which is structurally different from every practical before it: the attendees are the fleet.

Why This Practical Is Different

Every earlier practical has one attendee working with one agent. Here each attendee plays a node, and the room becomes a small fleet coordinating through one board and one shared tree. The exercises demonstrate themselves. The failures the chapter teaches, a message nobody read, two claims on one thread, a commit that took a peer's work and a red that belonged to someone else's change, happen between the people in the room.
