WP-01 Build Notes: ACI Format & Extraction Protocol

What We Did

Defined the ACI (Agentic Coding Insight) format, hand-crafted 5 sample ACIs, wrote the 6-lens extraction protocol, assessed the autopsy script for reuse, and established the detrope quality gate.

Decisions Made

ACI format: Markdown with YAML frontmatter. Five mandatory sections: Thesis, Story, Evidence, Application, Anti-Pattern. The frontmatter captures structured metadata (category, difficulty, source repo/lens/evidence type) to support filtering and sequencing later in WP-04. The Evidence section has optional sub-sections (Git References, Session References, Code Snippets, External References, ST Artifacts) because different lenses produce different evidence types.
