Day 4 Facilitation Addendum

Specific guidance for delivering the Day 4 case study — the reckoning — which is structurally different from the skill-teaching sessions that precede it.

Why the Day 4 Case Study Is Different

Most of the course teaches skills. Each ACI gets 10–20 minutes of instruction with teaching notes and transitions. The facilitator's role is to explain, demonstrate, and guide discussion.

The Day 4 reckoning delivers a 45-minute narrative. The MeetZaya case study is the centrepiece. The facilitator is telling a failure story — not teaching a technique. This requires a different mode, and the room should feel different. The energy shifts from "here is how to do this" to "here is what happened to someone who did everything right and still failed."
