Agentic Coding

Day 4: The Process

Overview

Day 4 is about workflow and its limits: how to plan, execute, and complete work with coding agents — and then the reckoning, where even good process meets the edge of what the agent gets right. This is the day where the course shifts from "how to set things up" (Days 1-3) to "how to work day-to-day," and then asks the harder question underneath the work. The six ACIs cover the arc: the work unit (steel threads), the execution container (session lifecycle), scope discipline (when not to over-plan, when to stop), recovery from accumulated debt (the forensic audit), and the generation trap (when cheap code outruns judgment).
