Agentic Coding

Day 4: The Process

Overview

Day 4 is about workflow: how to plan, execute, monitor, and complete work with coding agents. This is the day where the course shifts from "how to set things up" (Days 1-3) to "how to work day-to-day." The six ACIs cover the full arc: the work unit (steel threads), the execution container (session lifecycle), scope discipline (when to stop and when not to over-plan), and diagnostic tools (stagnation detection, methodology transfer).

This day has the widest difficulty range -- one foundational, three intermediate, and two advanced ACIs. The progression mirrors a workday: start with the basics (what unit of work?), build to the routine (how do sessions work?), then confront the advanced problems (how do I know if my practice is healthy?).
