Setup

Claude Code installed and working (from Day 1)
A sample project with no CLAUDE.md file. If using a personal project that already has one, rename it temporarily.
A second project (or second directory) for the cross-contamination exercise
ACI-024 evidence table available as reference (plan-outcome delta patterns)

Objective: Build a context artifact for a real project using the principles from ACI-014 and ACI-017.
